HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
As a UK customer, to exchange your order, please follow the simple steps outlined below:
1. Print and complete the customer returns form that can be downloaded HERE and include this within your return package to us. If you do not have a printer, simply provide all required information on a piece of paper and include this within your return package to us.
***Please note, if neither of the above are provided within your return shipment, your order will not be able to be processed by our warehouse***
2. Return your order to our warehouse address as follows:

3. Please return your order by Royal Mail as this is the only courier that can return shipments to our warehouse PO Box address. We would recommend sending the item back via a tracked service such as ‘Tracked 48’, as a ‘large letter’ so its progress can be monitored as the shipment makes its way back to our warehouse. OTHER INFORMATION
Once your original order has been received back into our warehouse, we will aim to process your return and exchange within 3-5 working days. It will then be shipped back out to your original shipping address, completely free of charge.
If there are any additional charges to be paid due to pricing differences between your original order and new requested item(s), one of our customer services team will be in contact to arrange payment. Alternatively, we will refund any difference between the original order and the new requested item(s) if the price difference is less.
