HOW TO REFUND YOUR ORDER
As a UK customer, to return your order for a refund, please follow the simple steps outlined below:
1. Print and complete the customer returns form that can be downloaded HERE and include this within your return package to us. If you do not have a printer, simply provide all required information on a piece of paper and include this within your return package to us.
***Please note, if neither of the above are provided within your return shipment, your order will not be able to be processed by our warehouse***
2. Return your order to our warehouse address as follows:

3. Please return your order by Royal Mail as this is the only courier that can return shipments to our warehouse PO Box address. We would recommend sending the item back via a tracked service such as ‘Tracked 48’, as a ‘large letter’ so its progress can be monitored as the shipment makes its way back to our warehouse. OTHER INFORMATION
Once your original order has been received into our warehouse, we will aim to process your return within 3-5 working days. You will then receive an automated refund email as soon as your refund has been initiated. It can then take between 5 and 10 working days for your payment provider to process the refund and credit your refund amount back to your original method of payment.
