HOW TO REFUND YOUR ORDER

As a US customer, to return your order for a refund, please follow the simple steps outlined below to return your order to our UK warehouse:

1. Print and complete the customer returns form that can be downloaded HERE and include this within your return package to us. If you do not have a printer, simply provide all required information on a piece of paper and include this within your return package to us.

***Please note, if neither of the above are provided within your return shipment, your order will not be able to be processed by our warehouse***

2. Return the order to the address enclosed on the customer returns form using your preferred carrier. We recommend sending your return via USPS and choosing the option ‘First Class Package International Service’ as this is the most cost effective yet reliable solution. OTHER INFORMATION

Once your original order has been received into our warehouse, we will aim to process your return within 3-5 working days. You will then receive an automated refund email as soon as your refund has been initiated. It can then take between 5 and 10 working days for your payment provider to process the refund and credit your refund amount back to your original method of payment.
