At VIRAGE London we stand behind our products but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date you receive your order (excluding earrings, for strict hygiene reasons).

Following our commitment to quality, to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, and returned to us within its original packaging. Items must be returned to us and received back at our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of your order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the return shipping costs. We do however cover the cost of shipping your exchange item back to you at no extra charge, ensuring you have a seamless returns process.

Please also note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and unfortunately we cannot refund any duty or import tax charges.
