At VIRAGE London it is our mission to offer a fast, hassle-free delivery service.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours (please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays). If you placed your order on a weekday before 22.00 JST, this will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this will be sent the next working day. If you placed your order over the weekend, it will be shipped out to you on the next working day.

We offer FREE Worldwide Delivery on all orders over ¥11,575 JPY so you can be rest assured your order will be delivered safely, securely and on time.

Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the festive period, shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines.

PRE-ORDERS

All items available to pre-order will be shipped on or before the shipping date stated below the 'Pre-order' button on the product page.

If your order contains an in stock product and pre-ordered product, both items will be shipped at the same time when the pre-ordered product arrives.
