We use a revolutionary form of plating called PVD (physical vapor disposition) which ensures a flawless and long-lasting finish. We also follow a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all our jewellery. Our plating will therefore not fade as long as you take care of your jewellery. For all of our Iced Out range of chains and pendants, we use 5A Cubic Zirconia (CZ) Stones, the very highest carat, clarity, colour and cut for the ultimate shine. CZ stones are on par to diamonds with their crystal clarity and ensure to catch the light from all angles, keeping your neck shining all day and night.

After your payment is verified, we aim to ship your item(s) within 24 hours. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

VIRAGE London is not responsible for any customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges applied to your order in the destination country. Following our commitment to quality, to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, in its original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material. Items must be returned as a whole and not as separate parts. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
