Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At VIRAGE London we stand behind our products but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date you receive your order (excluding earrings, for strict hygiene reasons).
REFUNDS
Following our commitment to quality, to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, in its original packaging and protective wrapping with proof of purchase and all associated material. Items must be returned as a whole and not as separate parts. Items must be returned to us and received back at our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of your order.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Please send us an email to support@viragelondon.com to notify our customer services team that you would like a refund. Please specify your name, address, order number, whether it is an exchange or refund and importantly the reason for your return to schedule the return. We will then send you a Customer Returns Form which is to be completed and returned along with your items. Please note, if the Customer Returns Form is not included within your return shipment, your return will not be able to be processed by our warehouse.
At this moment in time VIRAGE London does not provide pre-paid return labels and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the return shipping costs. We do however cover the cost of shipping your exchange item back to you at no extra charge, ensuring you have a seamless returns process.
We advise that all returns are sent by Tracked / Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of VIRAGE London's staff.
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within around 3-5 business days (please allow 5-7 working days during sale periods). Once processed, refunds will take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds will always be processed onto your original payment method used to place your order.
Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
EXCHANGES
If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 business days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, you will have the choice of selecting an alternative item up to the value of your original order.
